General Overview

Welcome to the first week of your Vibrant Summer Program !

Today we will prepare for the rest of the week - scheduling in your Yoga classes, buying ingredients for the recipes, making sure you have all required kitchen equipment, etc., so that you make the most of this experience.

Yoga: In the next lecture you will find the first two Yoga videos of the Program for Week 1 - one is for complete beginners and the other one is for practitioners that have already done yoga before. Even if you are an Advanced Yogi, it is always nice to go back to basics and remind yourself alignment strategies. Please aim to practice Yoga this week at least 3 times! Schedule it in your diary and stick with it!

Mindset: The first week is all about Awareness: becoming more aware of our thoughts, feelings, emotions and/or any physical manifestation of those, becoming mindful of our breath, our body and the food that we choose consume. I highly recommend you to start a diary and make a few notes each day. As we progress into our program, we will have specific assignments in the Mindset sessions, so it is great to get your diary ready form now. Please make sure you complete the Assignments before moving to the next section!

The Holistic Nutrition sessions this week will be all about Green Superfood Smoothies! Delicious, nutritious and filling - a perfect breakfast! Please check out the shopping list, watch the videos giving you more information on the ingredients and required equipment to ensure you have everything ready for the yummy smoothies this week.
