Day 6 Limiting Beliefs

In our last lecture, we looked at the whole cycle of how we create our reality starting from a repeated thought. Today we will talk about limiting beliefs – what are they and how they sabotage us.

Beliefs are nothing but repeated thoughts. Limiting beliefs are those which constrain us, limit us in some way. Limiting beliefs are stories that we repeat in our head to justify why we cannot do something, why we are not somewhere else in our life or we are not someone else.

Limiting beliefs are often about ourselves and our self-identity, but the beliefs may also be about other people and the world in general too, such as: Life is a battle, Earning money is a struggle, Love is painful, etc…

Mindset Assignment: Think of at least 3 limiting beliefs about yourself, other people or the world in general and record it in your diary.

Action Call: Listen to your Daily Guided Meditation Audio at least once a day, just find a quiet place and relax. You can listen to it just after your yoga practice if you have the time, and maybe again in the evening.
